People often mistakenly believe that simply being “not racist” is
enough to eliminate racial discrimination. But it takes more than that. It is about undertaking steps to eradicate racism at the individual,
institutional, and structural levels. It requires people to be
“anti-racist”, which is rooted in action.

A panel of UCLA experts will help attendees understand our own
implicit biases and how our individual actions can affect systemic change.

“The only way to undo racism is to consistently
identify and describe it and then dismantle it.”
