The UCLA Asian American Studies Center and Jerry Kang, Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, invites graduate student applications for the 2018-2019 Chang-Lin Tien Fellowship made possible by the Asian Pacific Fund.

The Chang-Lin Tien Fellowship, consisting of awards ranging from $5,000-$10,000 each, will acknowledge up to two deserving Graduate Students for their academic accomplishments, as well as demonstrated commitment, efforts, and contributions in the areas of equity, diversity and inclusion. In particular, UCLA graduate students who conduct research on the Asian American and Pacific Islander experience and communities.

Application materials are due no later than Friday, September 7, 2018 and should be emailed to Assistant Director Melany De La Cruz-Viesca at: melanyd@ucla.edu. In the subject heading, please enter: 2018-19 Application for Chang-Lin Tien Fellowship.
