Congratulations to EDI’s Dion-Cherie Raymond and Candi Smiley for receiving the UCLA Athletics Black Excellence Achievement Award!

 

Dion-Cherie Raymond (Discrimination Prevention Office Director, Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) and Candi Smiley (Interim Staff, Diversity & Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Office Director, Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) received the UCLA Athletics Black Excellence Achievement Award on Saturday, September 10, 2022, during the Black Excellence Football Game.

UCLA played host to Alabama State University at the Rose Bowl, its first game against a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
