As we collectively navigate these uncertain times, we recognize the difficulties faced by our fellow Bruins with dependent care responsibilities. And we understand that many questions may arise: Are there ways for families to connect for shared childcare and learning? What kind of support is offered to essential workers? How can I ensure my elderly parent is keeping active? And what steps can be taken in light of safety during COVID-19?

The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) wants to help however it can. With the aid and collaboration of our campus partners, we have put together the following page for the UCLA community. Featuring information on university policy, childcare and education programs, elder care, and other helpful initiatives, we hope this resource hub can offer you support in seeking the best possible care for your families and loved ones.

We will of course update this page as new information becomes available. If you know of a valuable resource that we have overlooked, please let us know at rklibaner@equity.ucla.edu
