EDI Interim Vice Provost Mitchell Chang is hosting a webinar featuring Assistant Vice Chancellor for Civil Rights Chandra Bhatnagar. The webinar will provide an overview of UCLA’s obligations under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with respect to Antisemitism, Islamophobia, and related forms of national origin, racial, and ethnic discrimination and bias in the wake of the October 7 attacks in Israel.
The purpose of the Webinar is to assist academic deans with their responsibilities for providing educational environments that are free from discrimination and harassment.
